OSHA Guide Outreach Campaign: build status

A 6-email educational drip that offers the free OSHA Manhole Safety Compliance Guide and points every reader to a branded landing page. This is the current state of the build, what is live, and the two items that need a decision before the campaign starts sending.

What is done

PieceStatusDetail
Landing pageLiveBuilt to match the lightringinc.com brand: dark jobsite look, bold condensed headlines, Light Ring orange, real field photos and logo. Hosts the guide and the opt-in form.
Free guideLive"OSHA Manhole Safety Standards: A Compliance Guide for Public Works & Utility Crews," delivered on the page and linked in every email.
Lead formWiredName, organization and email capture. On submit it tags the lead and enrolls them in the email sequence.
6-email sequenceBuiltAll six emails written, each with a question, a short field video, and a button to the landing page. Spaced over 20 days.
Send pacingSetDrip pacing of 100 sends per day, so a large list goes out gradually and protects sender reputation.
AutomationPublishedThe full workflow is live and tested. No contacts have been enrolled yet, so nothing has sent.

Two things to decide before we send

1. Sending email address The emails are set to come from shane@lightringinc.com. To make sure they reliably land in the inbox on a larger send, the lightringinc.com domain should be authorized to send through our email system first (a quick technical setup on the domain). Without it, deliverability on a few thousand emails can suffer. We can handle the setup, we just need the go-ahead and access.
2. Who to send to, and when to start The contact list is loaded and ready. We recommend starting with the most recent, cleanest portion of the list rather than the entire file, so we protect the sending reputation on the first run. On your green light, we begin the gradual rollout at 100 per day.

Recommended next step

Status summary Everything is built, branded, and published. The campaign is paused on purpose and will not send a single email until you approve the audience and start. Nothing goes out by accident.
